LUUM ARMCHAIR

Located in an area of preserved native forest in Tulum, a Mayan archaeological site on the Caribbean coast of Mexico, the The Luum Temple, located in the native forest of Tulum Mexico, makes a constructive reference and gives its name to Saccaro's armchair. Entirely designed to be a welcoming space within a residential community, the large pavilion, which can only be accessed via trails, offers an environment surrounded by the tranquility of nature, perfect for reflection and deceleration from everyday life. As well as the armchair, which due to its rounded shapes and robust design allows moments of tranquility and relaxation within its habitat. The braiding of the armchair alludes to the arched, arched bamboo temple vaults that support each other intertwined by a triangular pattern. Because it is completely open, the temple is constantly ventilated, and it is still possible to enjoy the play of light and shadow that occurs when the forest moves,
